The fact trust pilot asks ‘what went wrong THIS TIME’ shows what sort of ‘business’ adidas are running! Customer services refuse to handle student discount, sizes are completely off so you have to order multiple to decide which one fits, some way too big, some way too small - same clothes in different colours come up different sizes! Then returning the ones you don’t want isn’t easy either!

I acquired some generic sportswear recently. Football and gym tops. The quality was extremely poor so I looked to make a return. The customer services was impossible, I managed to speak to the store on the phone and they were rude. Awful experience.

Ordered a t-shirt and pair of trainers, the decline in standards is unbelievable. Based on the items I received I have paid more than its worth. The t-shirt feels, looks and fits like one of those tops you buy at market that they print their own design on. The trainers are flimsy and appear to be built to last around 6-8 months before you have to buy more. I have returned the items and requested a refund, nearly 2 months later I have had nothing. I get emails saying 'Thanks for your patience, we are looking into it' well, 2 months later I am losing my patience rapidly. It is disgusting how a multi billion £ company are operating, a small local store would have this sorted within days! Don't waste your money, don't trust them.

Definitely won't be using Adidas again. Only interested in profits and money and have no concern for their customers. Poor quality products and inaccurate sizing. Very slow delivery and Customer Services were useless!

I purchased a pair of ultra boost running shoes from the Adidas website. They fell apart after around 60km..needless to say that's not good enough for the price, the customer service I then received was not at all good. I made the return to Nike as their service and product is top notch. Id highly recommend the Pegasus trail 4s. Having said that if there's effective pressure as a stakeholder put in place to remove the glazer ownership from man utd then I'd definitely return as a customer

Overpriced products,badly made,inaccurate sizing. Clearly do not take customers into account at all. Just seem to be worried about the money! Won't be buying from adidas again

Embarrassing company, I always thought Adidas where the best sport company out there but with this experience, I must say I'm totally disappointed and heartbroken. The items here are of low quality after so much stress of getting it across, Adidas failed me, I'll have nothing to do with them, never!

If I could give a rating of zero I would, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with shocking customer service. defective goods and its like navigating a mine field trying to get a refund

Received items, founs to be terrible quality, 2 of the Large shirts were not even the same size?! Spoke to adidas customer service, and they told me how it wasn’t possible then put rhe phone down on me.

For a top brand like adidas, expected better quality, and one which lasted much longer than 5 months. Overall, was very disappointing. Customer care did very little as well.

Material was awful, fell apart within days. Everything is extremely expensive. Not worth the money or time, I would advise everyone to avoid. Customer care was appealing as well.

Purchased a football shirt and after just 2 washes it has started to fade. Definitely not the quality they once used to be. Customer service were not really interested. Won’t be purchasing from Adidas agin.

Absolute rubbish company, bought some sliders from them and they don’t slide anywhere. When I complained no one responded. Joke of a company who get into bed with very dubious characters

If I could give zero stars I would, some of the products are over priced, I also don't like the lack of effort they put into their designs, until these things change I will not purchase another product

Waited 2 weeks for an upcoming birthday present which was ''lost in the system'' having numerous back-and-forth emails to try and rectify the problem. Looks like my size is now out of stock.
